What will you actually do as the Marketing Manager?

As the company’s first senior marketing hire, you’ll:

  • Build and deliver data-driven lead generation campaigns at volume
  • Analyse, report, and continually refine marketing performance
  • Align campaign delivery with sales forecasting and business capacity
  • Manage agencies, media buyers, and suppliers to hit KPIs
  • Shape the company’s growth and future marketing function

You’ll thrive here if your toolkit includes and you have…

  • 5 years in a senior marketing or lead gen role (ideally consumer services, or similar B2C)
  • Evidence of managing 7-figure budgets and hitting lead/conversion targets
  • A solid grasp of digital and traditional channels
  • Commercial awareness and growth-hungry confidence working with leadership teams
  • An analytical and results-focused mindset, getting a buzz from hitting numbers and constantly improving performance
  • Experience and a hands-on approach, you’ve been in the weeds with Google Ads, briefed agencies, and know what good looks like
