Marketing Manager, Sales  Job Summary: Responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support revenue generation across all ENC departments. This role oversees digital marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, and market research while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and business objectives. Essential Duties: * Lead integrated marketing and sales campaigns to drive qualified leads and enhance conversion rates. * Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop go-to-market plans and optimize customer touchpoints. * Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform sales enablement tools. * Oversee content strategy for sales support materials including brochures, email templates, and presentations. * Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms to streamline sales funnel. * Direct marketing analytics and reporting to measure ROI on sales-driven marketing efforts. * Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking conferences. * Align brand messaging and marketing efforts to support short- and long-term sales targets. * Work with the sales team to move demo buses around the territories for customer visits Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and sales collaboration best practices. * Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional initiatives. * Ability to work onsite and travel periodically Education and/or Required Licenses: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). * Minimum 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience including B2B marketing, direct response and digital. * Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.     ElDorado National California Inc. While we do not typically hire at the top of the salary range, initial offers are based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth and increases over time. The hiring range for this position is $125,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year.
