Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in building and promoting a brand’s presence across both B2B and B2C markets. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this mid-level position supports critical marketing initiatives by managing graphic design, content creation, digital advertising, event planning, lead generation, and website maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Solar Insure while developing a broad range of marketing skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 5+ years in a marketing or communications role, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Solar Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the solar industry or a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries.
  • Creative Expertise: Proficiency in graphic design and content creation.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with WordPress, Google Suite, Meta Business Suite, Hubspot, Canva, and Salesforce.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of service/product marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, including event planning and coordination, while ensuring deadlines are met and delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to craft messaging that resonates with homeowners and other stakeholders.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
