As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that will increase our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and elevate our services to new heights.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns that promote the salon’s brand, services, and offerings. This role requires a mix of creativity, digital marketing expertise, and strong communication skills to engage with customers and enhance the salon’s reputation. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the business development team to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the overall goals of the salon.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or salon industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Creative thinker with excellent content creation skills and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, Canva, Hootsuite) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong communication, writing, and editing skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of branding, consumer psychology, and the latest trends in the beauty industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the salon, and promote customer loyalty.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the salon’s digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and website management to maximize online engagement and visibility.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content for various platforms (social media, website, blog, email newsletters), ensuring all communications are aligned with the salon’s voice and branding.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the creation and consistency of the salon’s branding, ensuring that it is reflected across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, events, and partnerships to drive sales, attract new customers, and retain existing clients.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies for building customer loyalty, improving retention, and increasing repeat visits through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition, and engagement rates. Report findings to senior management and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborative Work: Collaborate with the salon team to ensure marketing campaigns are in line with customer experience expectations and operational goals.
