Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, brand development, and digital strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to promote our products/services. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles (1 year of experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software (AgentLocator).
- Fluency in multiple languages (a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services/products.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms (websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, etc.).
- Manage and optimize social media accounts and campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and track marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Collaborate with other teams (sales, design, etc.) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and measure ROI.
- Keep up with marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and ensure content is optimized for target audiences.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
