JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, brand development, and digital strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to promote our products/services. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles (1 year of experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a marketing agency or a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (AgentLocator).
  • Fluency in multiple languages (a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services/products.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms (websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts and campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and track marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other teams (sales, design, etc.) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and measure ROI.
  • Keep up with marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and ensure content is optimized for target audiences.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
