Description Job Description The Marketing Manager is responsible for the divisional strategies, marketing outline support, monthly campaign support. This position will develop strategies and monthly campaigns that align with market trends and company goals to maintain and increase ROI, sales revenue, and graphic value. Provide support to all divisions through advertising and analytics, while maintaining brand identity and ensuring consistency across all the brands under the Enthusiast Enterprises umbrella. Requirements Job Duties Lead team through daily stat sheets, daily metrics boards, daily production schedules, weekly metrics boards, and continue to excel in leadership and management using our business management system. Lead team in creating targets related to Sales, Accessories, Promotions, Site Visit, Social Media using Campaign Outlines that are aligned with divisional strategies. Create and own the Main Video, Shortform, and Graphic Posting Calendars based on campaign outlines to ensure successful creation, posting, and execution Approve front-end and back-end content Collaborate with the Digital Advertising team to ensure content/advertisements align with our brand tone & brand guidelines. Monitor sales & other key driver metrics to track campaign effectiveness/implementation. Assist team in understanding root-cause analysis and establish performance, problems, and solutions in an immediate manner with solutions being implemented the same day. Manage the progress of campaign support and its success metrics to ensure the outlines remain on track and to standards and align with marketing outlines and divisional strategies. Assist in individual reviews and succession planning. Manage direct reports if assigned. Planning for shows, and assisting with planning for wheel launches Travel to and attend shows with the team, as needed All other duties, as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to think strategically to put Enthusiast Enterprises ahead of the competition in brand & marketing tactics. Fluency in both creative and analytical sides of marketing Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Creativity, customer focus, and strong attention to detail Strong problem solving and decision- making skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work both independently and across teams, providing leadership and influence at all levels of the organization Communication Proficiency Minimum Requirements Education High School Graduate or General Education Degree Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Journalism preferred Experience At least 4 years experience in ecommerce marketing, or relevant role, required Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferred. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday serving as a primary work week.
