POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager, SEAHWK Region (South East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea) will be responsible for leading the overall downstream marketing efforts including, but not limited to, systematically assessing market potential for AtriCure therapies in SEAHWK markets and leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launch planning, KOL engagement and other related activities. The successful candidate must have a broad scope of experiences in leading, developing and executing strategy across diverse channels and is experienced in evaluation and implementation of modern marketing capabilities. The person for this role must be professional, organized, confident, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Be a conduit to product related complaints between partners & servicing team.
  • Product complaint team
  • Demo management
  • Review product lifecycle
  • Provide regular Sales & Inventory updates to highlight risk & opportunities

A little about yourself

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful commercial/marketing experience within medical device/medical technology environment.
  • Significant experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Thrives on ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, connected, cross functional sales and marketing environment
  • Additional Language Skills (eg. Mandarin) preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong and productive relationship with international, internal, and external customers and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel approximately at 50%
