This position bridges high-level strategy and hands-on implementation, driving digital, content and brand initiatives. The Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and improving customer engagement through data-driven, multi-channel marketing efforts. What You Will Do:   * Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business and revenue goals. * Own and maintain the integrated marketing and advertising calendar, coordinating campaigns, content, and launches across teams. * Lead multi-channel campaign execution across email, digital advertising, social media, events, and partnerships. * Analyze sales and marketing data to track KPIs, assess ROI, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. * Serve as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for marketing technology and platforms, driving efficiency, automation, and reporting improvements. * Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure quality, consistency, and performance outcomes. * Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, and cross-functional partners to align messaging, timing, and pipeline objectives. * Provide content, brand, and creative oversight, including approvals, brand consistency, and mentorship of junior team members. Qualifications or Skills Required:  * 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns. * Proven experience managing marketing calendars and aligning initiatives with sales, product, and business priorities. * Strong analytical capability with hands-on use of marketing and analytics tools to measure performance and ROI. * Experience owning and optimizing marketing technology platforms, including CRM, automation, and social media tools. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage agencies or external partners to deliver measurable results. * Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive, and works well under pressure.
