Your Key Accountabilities • Plan and monitor marketing and sales activities to achieve the company’s sales targets within the approved budget. • Achieve yearly business plan targets within the shortest time and at optimum selling prices through an effective sales and marketing system. • Lead strategic planning and implementation of marketing plans to generate sales. • Align and roll out marketing and sales strategies with the team to ensure effective execution and clear product positioning. • Review and provide input on advertising and promotional materials to ensure messages and collaterals match the product brief. • Liaise with advertising agencies, media, authorities, lawyers and other external parties as needed. • Conduct market intelligence on competitors. • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and surrounding market conditions. • Propose product pricing recommendations. • Prepare reports and presentations for management. • Implement all policies, activities, procedures and instructions required under the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS). • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, international standards, local regulations, codes of practice and legal requirements. • Take responsibility for preventing work-related injury and ill health. • Identify risks and opportunities, plan actions and ensure effective implementation. Qualification • Degree in Marketing or equivalent. Experience • Minimum 8 years’ marketing experience, preferably in the property development / real estate industry. • Good understanding of government laws and regulations related to property. • Good knowledge of building / property specifications. • Additional knowledge in property valuation is an added advantage. • Knowledge of QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal and other requirements, and EHS practices.
