As we scale up to meet growing demand and explore new market opportunities, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to help shape and lead our brand, communications, and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and establish The Living Surface Co. as the UK’s go-to provider for living wall solutions.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and external partners to define our marketing roadmap, while also rolling up your sleeves to create and manage content, digital channels, PR, and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand & Strategy: Define and evolve the brand identity of The Living Surface Co., ensuring alignment with the broader values of SH Goss & Co Ltd.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted B2B campaigns to architects, developers, sustainability officers, and event planners.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage website content, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling case studies, blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and pitch decks that highlight our portfolio and capabilities.
  • PR & Events: Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry events, and awards programs to increase visibility and credibility.
  • Partnerships & Outreach: Develop relationships with media, influencers, and potential clients across sectors like hospitality, retail, corporate real estate, and government.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation metrics to inform future strategy.
