Description
Job description Shoreline Wind is a B2B AI-powered SaaS platform built for the wind energy industry — supporting developers, operators and service providers to optimize the design, construction, and operation of clean energy. We have a proven product, a growing customer base, and the commercial momentum to match. Now we're looking for a hands-on marketing manager who can elevate our position, think strategically and execute independently. You'll own the full marketing function at Shoreline Wind — from lead generation to product storytelling — and you'll do it smarter by embracing AI tools as a core part of your workflow. What you will do Growth marketing: Design and run campaigns that bring in qualified leads and move them through the funnel — from first touch to sales-ready. Lead nurturing: Build automated sequences and content programs in HubSpot that keep prospects engaged and accelerate conversion. Product marketing: Translate complex offshore wind technology into compelling messaging — for buyers, partners, and the market. Strategy & execution: Set the direction, build the plan, and get it done yourself. This is a full-stack marketing role with real ownership. AI-native operations: Use LLMs and AI assistants — including Claude — as everyday tools to scale your output, sharpen your thinking, and automate repetitive work. Who you are Required Proven B2B growth marketing experience — lead gen, nurture, and conversion Strong product marketing instinct — you can simplify complex ideas for different audiences HubSpot fluency — CRM, email automation, workflows, and reporting Confident on LinkedIn — organic content, targeted outreach, and paid campaigns Comfortable owning strategy and executing without a large team beneath you Background in a high-growth, scale-up, or early-stage company — priorities move quickly as the business grows. You'll need to stay focused without losing flexibility Curious, adaptable, resourceful — you'll find smart, efficient ways to drive results, and use AI to scale your output as a lean team Preferred Renewable energy, clean-tech, or industrial SaaS sector experience Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment What we offer Work that matters: AI-powered software at the centre of the global energy transition — a category that's growing fast and needs to move faster. Real ownership: You'll shape the marketing function from the ground up — strategy, channels, and positioning are yours to define, not inherit. Remote working: Work from wherever you do your best thinking. Competitive salary: Compensation benchmarked to attract strong talent — with a benefits package to match. Share options: Equity in a company with real commercial traction. You'll share in the upside as we grow. Room to grow: Join at a pivotal stage — strong foundations, serious momentum, and the opportunity to build a team around you over time.
