About Us
We are a growing group of hospitality-focused companies including a short-term rental brand, a professional cleaning service, and a maintenance business — all designed to support and elevate the guest experience in short-term rental properties across three countries. As we scale, we are undertaking a full rebrand and looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute this exciting next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Rebranding Strategy: Spearhead rebranding of our short term rental business to a consumer facing brand.
- Campaign Development: Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email, etc.) for all brands.
- Advertising: Develop and execute paid media strategies including Google Ads, social media ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Content & Messaging: Oversee copywriting, creative direction, and content development across platforms and touchpoints.
- Budget Management: Own the marketing budget — allocate funds, track ROI, and report on performance regularly.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all teams and properties in different countries/cities.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze marketing data, and generate actionable insights to optimize efforts.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments across all companies, external agencies, freelance designers, and internal stakeholders as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or short-term rental industries.
- Proven experience managing brand transformations or rebranding initiatives.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
- Budgeting experience, with a track record of maximizing impact with limited resources.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Located in Toronto or the GTA, with the ability to work in-office in Downtown Toronto at least 4 days/week.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with international brands or multi-location operations.
- Graphic design or creative direction experience.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Compensation
Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 CAD/year, depending on experience and skills.
