As Marketing Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

QUALIFICATIONS

To execute the position of Marketing Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

  • Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Journalism or Communications and more than five years’ experience in a marketing role in travel, hospitality or luxury goods background, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong technical skills include Advanced MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Adobe Creative Studio (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Social media channel management experience.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Marketing Manager, I will manage the efficient operation of my department to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the digital storytelling of Six Senses London through curating social media, content, and campaigns that connect, inspire, and surprise.
  • Own and manage the hotel’s social media presence. Develop creative, thumb-stopping content that showcases the energy of our property, wellness offerings, and community collaborations.
  • Ensure all marketing touchpoints reflect our brand voice, values, and playful personality, from email campaigns to on-property activations.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns that feel fresh, unexpected, and buzzworthy, driving revenue while enhancing brand awareness.
  • Shape and execute the content strategy, ensuring alignment with key brand pillars (Inspire, Connect, Surprise).
  • Collaborate with local creatives, wellness experts, and cultural storytellers to craft experiences that make Six Senses London an urban oasis with a pulse.
  • Work with the F&B and Spa teams to create dynamic, experience-led content that highlights our restaurants, bars, and wellness offerings.
  • Support the marketing plan for Six Senses Place, ensuring it becomes London’s most talked-about members’ club.
  • Craft guest engagement initiatives that make sustainability a seamless and inspiring part of their stay.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Six Senses London’s brand positioning and drive collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop the marketing budget alongside the Director of Marketing & Communications, maximize impact while being smart with spending.
  • Monitor performance analytics for digital campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Support PR and media efforts by assisting with content, press materials, and media requests.
