REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (including funnels, ad campaigns, and creative assets) from concept to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive results while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Self starter who’s able to take initiative without being prompted.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Clickfunnels, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing software, etc.) and social media platforms. [Clickfunnels and Hubspot specifically preferred.]
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities


    • Manage and oversee marketing initiatives, including email, funnels, and paid ad campaigns

    • Develop detailed marketing plans, track progress, and report on key deliverables.
    • Facilitate communication between team members and ensure everyone is aligned with marketing goals.
    • Ensure marketing messaging and initiatives adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
    • Optimize funnels and sites to maximize conversions.
    • Prepare and present reports on digital marketing performance.
    • Plan and execute product launches and promotional events
    • Work with designers and video team to create marketing materials, including ads, to help promote projects and events.
    • Lead a team responsible for driving online revenue and lead acquisition.
    • Manage at least 3 other team members.
