We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to help grow our retail channel targeting financial advisors. This is a high-impact role on a fast-paced marketing team that’s shaping the future of advisor marketing. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that acquire, engage, and retain financial advisors—especially solo advisors and small firms—across the U.S.

  • Develop and execute segmented campaigns to attract and engage advisors throughout their journey—from first-touch to loyal advocate
  • Partner with content creators and internal teams to develop educational, conversion-focused content that resonates with independent advisors
  • Create lifecycle-driven email journeys, nurture sequences, and outbound campaigns to drive product adoption and client engagement
  • Measure and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance reporting, and audience insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support to align marketing efforts and ensure consistency across the advisor experience
