Job Description
If you are a chic and energetic professional looking for an opportunity to bring to life the world renowned Sofitel brand, say “oui”!. You will be responsible for uplifting our hotel revenues by ensuring the seamless execution of the marketing strategy. All while exuding a sense of modern luxury and ensuring our guests find their joie de vivre.
This position is perfect for someone who currently works in a marketing role and can imagine themselves delving into their next opportunity to learn, grow, and manage a team of supremely talented individuals. Marketing is crucial to the commercial outcomes of the hotel, and has a direct impact on its operations, so you can expect to grow into a well rounded business influencer and an architect of exceptional experiences. You will be supported and lead by a team of hospitality industry experts both in the hotel, and as part of the greater Sofitel network.

Responsibilities
  • Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s objectives, target audience, and brand identity
  • Lead a small marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as sales, revenue management, and operations
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimisation, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing campaigns, and social media management
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads, room nights, and revenue
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, such as websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
    Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 24 months experience in marketing
