Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead the global marketing function as part of the senior management team.
· Develop the short and long-term marketing strategy for all products and communications. This will require managing ongoing location sound campaigns whilst focusing on building visibility and thought-leadership programs in live sound and related verticals.
· Manage and co-ordinate a team of marketers that will be split between the Wisconsin and UK offices, specialising in social media, digital content marketing, media creation, events services, and web content. This will also include sharing specialist marketing services between other Audiotonix live sound brands.
· Develop integrated programs with the sales and commercial teams, including distributors, dealers and installers.
· Set KPIs for all marketing programs, analyze all campaigns for efficacy based on agreed goals and develop as needed in conjunction with the WW Sales Director and CEO.
· Write persuasive copy and technical descriptions for products with an understanding of customer groups and market segments.
· Lead creative approach to content and branding.
· Create and manage budget according to company goals.
· Ensure marketing complies with worldwide privacy and data legislation.
· Manage agencies (press and website development) along with freelancers as required.
