About the role and where you will be working:

Reporting to the GM of Marketing & Experience, this newly created role plays a critical part in driving brand awareness, consideration, engagement and customer acquisition through impactful campaigns, compelling storytelling and customer-focused experiences.

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing initiatives across traditional and digital platforms, ensuring all activity aligns with organisational objectives, brand guidelines and customer needs.

Based at our Rivervale central office, this hybrid role offers a mix of office and work-from-home flexibility, with occasional travel to aged care homes across Western Australia.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead the end-to-end development, execution and optimisation of creative campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and lead generation across traditional ATL channels, as well as digital channels including search, social media, display, video and email.
  • Collaborate with creative, media and agency partners to develop compelling campaign concepts, messaging and content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to optimise future activity and maximise return on investment.
  • Oversee media planning, buying and campaign delivery to ensure effective audience targeting and cost-efficient outcomes.
  • Lead brand tracking research, customer insight and competitor analysis activities to identify emerging trends, opportunities and potential risks.
  • Develop, maintain and champion brand guidelines and standards, ensuring consistent alignment of communications, marketing materials, digital assets and content with organisational values, accessibility requirements and best-practice principles.
  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of corporate, community, promotional and stakeholder events.
  • Establish, monitor and report on key marketing, brand and campaign performance metrics.
  • Lead and develop two coordinators, prioritise workloads to ensure tasks and projects are delivered on time and within budget.


About you:

You will have experience in a similar role developing and executing integrated marketing, brand, media, and experience initiatives.

To be considered for this role you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated ability to follow risk management strategies, identify and report hazards and adhere to work health and safety policies and procedures
  • Experience leading brand campaigns from strategy through to delivery and optimisation, including media planning and budget management
  • The ability to influence stakeholders with a proactive, collaborative approach to delivering projects
  • Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing or Communications desirable
  • Minimum 8 years marketing experience, with proven ability to lead and motivate teams
