We are excited to expand our offerings by introducing the hummel product line and the TeamKits.com community’s grassroots marketing. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead this project.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hummel product line and TeamKits.com grassroots community products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with sports merchandise and apparel marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising.
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hummel product line and TeamKits.com.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Oversee the setup, management, and optimisation of the hummel product line on Shopify.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to improve campaign performance continuously.
