ABOUT THE ROLE Standard Communities is seeking a Marketing Manager who’s creative, hands-on, and eager to make an impact. This is the perfect role for a resourceful marketer who can juggle multiple projects, think creatively, and bring ideas to life across digital and internal channels.    You’ll help execute marketing and communications initiatives that tell our story — highlighting our people, our properties, and our impact in communities nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves creating content that elevates brand visibility and recognition. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and internal communications. * Manage social media platforms — plan posts, track engagement, and find new ways to grow our audience. * Develop short-form video content that brings our brand and stories to life across digital platforms. * Write compelling copy that reflects our brand voice and leadership perspective across internal and external channels. * Update and maintain the company intranet, ensuring it reflects the voice and vision of our founders and leaders. * Work with external partners — agencies, photographers, videographers and designers — to bring marketing campaigns and creative projects to life. * Support events and marketing initiatives, including property openings and community activities. * Track performance metrics and stay organized with content calendars and reporting tools. WHO YOU ARE * A content creator who’s comfortable writing, editing, and producing across digital platforms. * Skilled at social media management — you understand tone, timing, and audience engagement. * Able to multi-task and adapt quickly, balancing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. * A team player who collaborates well across departments and with external partners. * Resourceful and proactive — you enjoy taking initiative and finding creative solutions to challenges. WHAT YOU BRING * 5+ years of marketing, communications, or content experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or a start-up-style environment. * Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. * Graphic design background with proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proficiency with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube). * Experience with video content creation or basic video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) a plus. * Experience managing creative vendors and keeping projects on track. * Familiarity with internal communications and intranet management a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field required.
