Description

The Marketing Manager will lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, campaign management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for connecting with customers to elevate our brand and support business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • Six (6) to Eight (8) years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience within the federal government contracting industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated Graphic Design experience, including proficiency with industry standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CanvaProven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Must be efficient at utilizing computer-based tools (MS Office suite of software, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom Meeting, MS Publisher) to accomplish tasks and communicate with others.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
  • Strong marketing skills

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and coordinating our corporate participation at conferences, trades shows, expos during each calendar year. (averaging 10-15 conferences/expos per year)
  • Creating proactive plans to maximize each event.
  • Lead the creation of visually compelling marketing products and collateral in support of our corporate Mission Support Services and Modular Structures offerings, including brochures, presentations, infographics, digital ads, social media graphics
  • Assessing and coordinating potential sponsorship, partnership opportunities, or promotional activities at events and conferences.
  • Planning locations, materials, staff and other resources for field marketing eventsDevelop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to include email and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Conducting an initial assessment and refresh of existing expo display items and then managing those items.
  • Managing a marketing team of personnel consisting of Content Manager
  • Review, edit, and provide feedback on all graphic design assets to ensure high quality, accuracy, and effectiveness in communicating key messages.
  • Utilize digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp) to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the success of events through metrics, feedback, and post-event analysis, making recommendations for improvement
