  • Collaborate across the business - You’ll work hand-in-hand with editorial, commercial, and product stakeholders to align messaging, proposition and pricing, ensuring our campaigns reflect the needs of the market and the value of our brands.
  • Grow and inspire a team - You’ll manage and develop a small team of marketers, creating a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Support the business with reporting, planning, presenting, internal communications and development of a world-class Marketing Team and Community.

  • A track record of using data and customer insight to inform and improve marketing performance
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills as well as experience in people management
