The Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand and product marketing strategies across the UK market. This role is ideal for someone with a background in beauty or lifestyle brands, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social, PR, influencer, retail, and experiential.
Product Launches: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, working closely with NPD, sales, and global teams.
Influencer & PR: Manage influencer partnerships and PR activations to drive awareness and engagement.
Insights & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, consumer trends, and competitor activity to inform future strategies.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
Team Leadership: Champion the development and success of a Junior Marketing Manager.
Distributor Marketing Support: Share best practices and campaign learnings across global distributor markets to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager, Sales & Social teams to support growth initiatives.
