REQUIREMENTS
4–7 years hands-on in digital/growth (B2B preferred) with GA4, Google Ads (Search/Shopping), LinkedIn Ads, GSC/GMC; fluent in ROAS/CAC/MQL metrics.
SEO/AEO ownership: evidence of non-brand growth/top-3 rankings; on-page + link-building; coordination of technical SEO/CWV with developers.
Conversion content: landing-page copy & wireframing, blogs/SEO pages, basic A/B testing; clear briefs and QA for writers/designers; CMS familiarity (Shopify/WordPress).
Channel/field marketing: reseller/SI recruitment & enablement, MDF/co-op campaigns, webinars/roadshows with manufacturers; post-event ROI tracking.
CRM/data stewardship: Zoho (or similar) for lead standards, dedupe/enrichment, routing SLAs; experience running reactivation (human + AI) with measurable outcomes.
Vendor management & cadence: crisp briefs/QA for web dev, SEO/link-builders; disciplined weekly reporting and post-campaign reviews.
Operating style: execution-first IC (≥70% hands-on), fast iteration, clear communication, ownership end-to-end.
Nice to have: AV/ELV or audio industry exposure.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager (Individual Contributor) to rebuild and run the growth engine across Techniline (B2B distribution & projects) and MusicMajlis (B2C). Based on-site in Dubai, you’ll own the day-to-day execution end-to-end: performance marketing and analytics, SEO/AEO and website product ownership, a practical content calendar, channel/manufacturer coordination across the GCC, and CRM/lead hygiene with reactivation. You’ll align promotions with Purchasing/Sales, produce sales enablement and project case studies, and activate LinkedIn for our sales team and CEO. This is a builder’s role—high ownership, weekly WBR cadence, clear KPIs—working directly with the CEO and our multimedia designer, and coordinating niche vendors (web dev, technical SEO) only where needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand & performance: Own media plan & budget (MM + TLE); run Google Search/Shopping, META Ads, build GA4/GSC dashboards; weekly ROAS/CAC/MQL reporting and test iteration.
Web, SEO & AEO ownership: Develop and execute the SEO roadmap; publish landing/brand/solution pages; handle on-page; lead technical SEO (with web dev) and off-page/link-building (external); act as product owner for websites.
Content & social: Own the monthly content calendar (TLE + MM); ship posts, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns with product specialists and the multimedia designer; orchestrate distribution across LinkedIn/IG/FB and partner channels.
Channel & partner marketing: Develop and execute channel marketing for resellers & system integrators—recruit, enable (one-pagers, decks, proposal pack), and activate via co-op/co-branded campaigns to drive pipeline and sell-through.
Vendor/manufacturer coordination: Orchestrate launches, global/brand campaigns, and joint trainings/events/roadshows with manufacturers; own MDF/co-op planning, and reporting..
Promotions & merchandising: Align with Sales & Purchasing on inventory/target-based promotions.
Lead management & reactivation: Steward capture and data quality in Zoho CRM; run lead-gen, and quarterly database reactivation sprints (human + AI).
Social selling & founder brand: Activate the sales team on LinkedIn (weekly posts/reposts) and ghostwrite short CEO posts/videos; run proactive engagement
Measurement & cadence: Publish post-campaign/event reports within 7 days (wins, issues, actions); maintain a test backlog; lead a weekly WBR rhythm.
