As we expand our marketing team to drive new initiatives, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our efforts.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and coordinating industry events. You will also manage digital initiatives, analyze performance, and contribute to building new products that secure, manage, and interconnect IP-based global telecommunications systems.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, WordPress, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strongly desired: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or similar tools.
  • Familiar with Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, Search Console), HTML, and CMS platforms.
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
  • Flexible work location with a preference for candidates who can visit the office.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support marketing events abroad.
  • Desire for professional growth.
Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing activities and create engaging, multi-format content.
  • Edit videos for YouTube and social media, converting long videos to short vertical formats.
  • Write and oversee marketing copy for materials, ads, and related content.
  • Manage automated campaigns and database hygiene in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Repurpose existing content into new forms; update the corporate website and blog.
  • Plan and manage company participation in trade events, and webinars, including event logistics, materials, lead collection, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate newsletters, social media, and blog publication, ensuring consistency.
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing communications.
  • Prepare monthly reports with performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with VPs and the CEO as needed. Perform other duties as required.
