DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Manager for Koodo Commerce is responsible for supporting webstore sales and marketing activities. A successful candidate will have very strong attention to detail, solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities and enjoy collaborating with various internal and external teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, telecom or online retail
- Proven track record in managing successful product launches and website updates
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making using Google Sheets or Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other data analysis tools preferred
Salary Range: $71,000-$107,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%

Responsibilities:
- Execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, website updates, programs and sales initiatives
- Solicit, summarize and present feedback from stakeholders on individual campaigns, programs and/or initiatives
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and conversions
- Optimize product listings and category pages for maximum conversion
- Maintain a content marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials
- Create, update and update weekly and monthly sales/performance reports for senior management
- Oversee A/B testing and provide data-driven recommendations
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and creative partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Analyze, present and explain communication materials to internal stakeholders
- Manage and be accountable for program plans, documentation, execution and analysis of programs
