This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus.    The Marketing Manager will play an important role in supporting Tenet’s consumer-focused marketing organization. This position will successfully execute local marketing plans that drive growth for the market/hospitals, drive community engagement, elevate the brand, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the hospitals. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director with the strong day-to-day interactions with hospital leadership team, home office team, and communications team, the marketing manager will primarily focus on implementing marketing activities in the community and at the hospital that support service line growth and elevate the brand. This position will lead execution of all consumer-led community events, community partnerships, and organic social media posts. He/she will also execute local elements of the enterprise integrated marketing campaigns. The manager will build trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external teams and astutely represent the hospital/market in establishing and maintaining effective community engagement within the framework and vision of the Tenet Vital Marketing Team.
