JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar capacity within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe for designing promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Excellent research skills to identify market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling messages that drive engagement.
    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 18 months
    Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and community management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content strategy to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Biweekly online updates.
  • Preparing listings and content for quarterly print and digital editions.
  • Promote property listings by posting on social platforms, Sudbury.com, Kijiji.ca, and YouTube.
  • Oversee social media and marketing operations, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Edit photos and videos to create compelling, high-quality marketing content.
  • Design, implement, and manage targeted email campaigns for the client database.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on listing activity data, providing clients with weekly performance updates.
  • Create professional feature sheets to highlight property listings.
  • Organize and manage online giveaways to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Conduct surveys and content marketing initiatives to better understand and serve client needs.
