REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the Marketing Manager, you’re the mastermind behind the magic, turning bold ideas into buzz worthy campaigns that guests can’t resist! From crafting scroll-stopping social content to launching unforgettable promos, you’ll make our hotel the hottest destination. You’ll ride the latest trends, spark excitement, and create partnerships that pack our rooms. Every guest’s journey starts with you.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility
  • Create engaging content for the hotel’s website, social media, email campaigns, and printed materials
  • Manage SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to maximise online presence and direct bookings
  • Content creation and scheduling for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, packages, and special events to drive guest engagement
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement, campaign ROI)
