SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously with defined timelines and measurable outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
• Social media management and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite or equivalent)
• Email marketing and campaign management
• Graphic design and brand management expertise
• Knowledge of Google AdWords, SEO, and analytics
• WordPress or similar CMS experience
• Video editing and content production (Final Cut or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across all departments and with outside vendors

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field required
• 5+ years of marketing and project management experience (private club, hospitality, or luxury services experience preferred)
• Experience in website administration and email marketing platforms
