Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the marketing strategies, marketing communications, and resident relations for the project. Responsibilities 1. Leads the development of individual community brands with branding agencies. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and community assets. 2. Support new community lease-ups and stabilized assets with go-to-market strategies, launch campaigns, and creative assets. Responsible for ensuring we are driving qualified leasing traffic to our communities. 3. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and resident preferences to adjust strategies. 4. Manage marketing spend to ensure we stay within budget. Share performance reporting for assigned communities. 5. Will aid in the development of annual marketing budgets for the communities. 6. Reputation management for designated portfolio of communities. Monitor online reviews, communications and ratings. Collaborate with appropriate staff to craft and post responses as appropriate. Work with site teams on improving their on-line reputation. 7. Review traffic and sources to determine patterns and trends for all properties. Analyze the quality of marketing tactics and effectiveness, changing strategy and methods as needed. 8. Manage and monitor advertising campaigns, signage and leasing specials. Analyze effectiveness and financial impacts of current and potential marketing programs. 9. Manage and maintain third party relationships with key vendors covering marketing and advertising functions and oversee prospect communications programs.10. Assists with special projects as requested, such as event planning, employee recognition and sponsorship programs. Qualifications Required Experience:● Minimum of three to five years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate or a related discipline. Required Education/Training:● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate or a related discipline. Required Skills and Abilities:● Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities. ● Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills. ● Experience developing and managing budgets. ● Demonstrated successful experience in communication and writing and editing skills utilized for functions including press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media. ● Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials, publications, website etc. ● Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout. ● Commitment to working with shared diverse teams. ● Strong oral and written communications skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Working Conditions:Working conditions will primarily be in an office setting. Site visits and external office visits may be necessary several times per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. On occasion, outdoor activities and physical labor may be required in conjunction with execution of community events. This position may be exposed to high stress situations. Some travel may be required, which may include the occasional overnight stay. Salary Range Information: The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
