With nearly 150 staff members and multiple woodland sites across Devon and Somerset, we offer a range of programs including Forest School sessions, specialised provisions for autistic children, and unique outdoor training courses.
SUMMARY
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns across our education, training, and wellbeing services. - Salary: £30,302 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Contract: Full-time, full year
- Location: Hybrid - mix of remote working and company sites across Devon

What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead annual marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms
- Shape and uphold brand messaging and visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Drive content strategy, including web, newsletters, case studies, and social media
- Lead on digital marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, email, social) and performance analytics
- Support internal communications and employer branding
- Enable lead generation journeys and equip sales teams with impactful materials
- Plan and deliver CPD events, open days, and sector expos
- Guide a small marketing team and foster collaboration across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Proven marketing experience in education, training, or the not-for-profit sector
- Strong skills in digital strategy, storytelling, and content creation
- Confident leading cross-channel campaigns and managing a team
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Passionate about learner-centred education and values-driven messaging
- Bonus if you’ve worked with schools, MATs, or local authorities
