SUMMARY

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns across our education, training, and wellbeing services.   • Salary: £30,302 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Contract: Full-time, full year
  • Location: Hybrid - mix of remote working and company sites across Devon
  • Reporting to: Head of People and Culture

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead annual marketing plans aligned with business goals
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms
  • Shape and uphold brand messaging and visual consistency across all touchpoints
  • Drive content strategy, including web, newsletters, case studies, and social media
  • Lead on digital marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, email, social) and performance analytics
  • Support internal communications and employer branding
  • Enable lead generation journeys and equip sales teams with impactful materials
  • Plan and deliver CPD events, open days, and sector expos
  • Guide a small marketing team and foster collaboration across departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven marketing experience in education, training, or the not-for-profit sector
  • Strong skills in digital strategy, storytelling, and content creation
  • Confident leading cross-channel campaigns and managing a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Passionate about learner-centred education and values-driven messaging
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with schools, MATs, or local authorities
