Trade Mastermind is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing strategy, systems, and performance. This is not just a managerial role — it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to drive meaningful commercial results through intelligent marketing infrastructure, automation, and best-in-class campaign execution.
This is a fully office-based position in our Milton Keynes headquarters, where you’ll be working closely with our Sales, Events, Product, and Customer Success teams to support the growth and visibility of one of the UK’s most dynamic business education brands.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking an elite-level marketing professional with the rare combination of strategic thinking, analytical precision, and hands-on execution. The right candidate will be both a thinker and a doer — someone who thrives on turning complex challenges into simple, scalable marketing solutions.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a strategic marketing role, with proven success in high-growth or sales-driven environments.
  • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation systems (ideally Ontraport).
  • Strong experience with digital campaign execution and performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, content strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and convert them into action.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset and natural leadership ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
