We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive the continued growth of our global brand. In this role, you’ll oversee marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate new business opportunities, and enhance customer engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to ensure our marketing efforts clearly communicate the life-saving impact of our products. What You’ll Do Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote TrafFix products across multiple customer segments and industries. Lead the creation and management of campaigns spanning digital, print, trade shows, and direct marketing channels. Partner with product teams to deeply understand product features, benefits, and market positioning — ensuring technical accuracy and strong value communication. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage. Oversee website, digital marketing, and content strategy to optimize brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring content aligns with brand tone, drives engagement, and reflects TrafFix’s leadership in traffic safety. Plan and execute trade shows and industry events, overseeing booth design, collateral, and team coordination. Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to develop impactful marketing materials that support growth and customer retention goals. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and ROI metrics to inform continuous improvement. Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and trends, integrating best practices to strengthen TrafFix’s position in the market.
