Our mission is to empower 1 million low-income women across Pakistan, fostering a tech-enabled future where women are essential contributors to economic growthKey Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop an integrated marketing strategy with a strong focus on content and social media tailored to young women entrepreneurs and trainees. Establish clear objectives and KPIs for increasing CIRCLE’s product visibility, user acquisition, and engagement across all marketing channels. Digital Marketing & Social Media Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) to reach and engage younger audiences. Optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) with a focus on reaching younger women in diverse regions. Content Marketing & Short-Form Content Creation Oversee the content marketing strategy for social media, specifically focusing on short-form content (e.g., reels, TikToks, stories) to attract younger audiences and increase awareness of product offerings. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging, visually appealing content that aligns with current trends and platforms popular among young women. Manage a content calendar and ensure timely publishing of educational, value-driven, and interactive content that demonstrates the product’s relevance and benefits for young women entrepreneurs. Branding & Visual Storytelling Establish a consistent and relatable brand voice for CIRCLE product across all marketing channels, focusing on authentic storytelling and community impact. Lead the design of marketing collateral, digital ads, and visual content to convey the product’s mission effectively to younger audiences. Community and Partner Engagement Work closely with the Community Manager to foster engagement activities and encourage user-generated content and organic referrals from young community members. Outreach to organizations and individuals in collaboration with the Product Coordinator/Manager, including influencers, content creators, NGOs, and organizations with a young female following to broaden the product’s reach and attract new users. Market Research & User Feedback Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends, content preferences, and engagement strategies that appeal to young female segments. Gather and analyze user feedback to refine marketing efforts, staying agile in the approach to maximize resonance with target demographics. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and report on social media metrics, campaign performance, and content engagement, using insights to optimize future content and campaigns. Provide monthly updates and insights to CIRCLE’s leadership team, highlighting achievements, trends, and opportunities for scaling the impact of the product. Requirements: Bs/Ms degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in product marketing, performance marketing & growth hacking. Proven experience with multi-channel marketing and content creation across platforms popular with young demographics (e.g., Instagram, TikTok). Familiarity with digital marketing and social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok insights). Strong project management, creative storytelling, and analytical skills. Passionate about women’s empowerment and the digital landscape.
