Responsibilities

MARKETING MANAGER ROLE

Reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our digital presence while supporting key marketing initiatives that keep our brand moving forward. Your day-to-day will blend creativity with execution—managing website performance, lead generation, and content development—while also rolling up your sleeves to support video testimonials, event planning, product filming, technical document development, and campaign reporting.
You’ll ensure our digital channels deliver measurable results by turning data into actionable strategies. If you’re a hands-on marketer with a passion for optimizing the digital customer journey and amplifying brand visibility in the cleantech transportation sector, this is the role where you can make an impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website & Digital Marketing: Drive the performance of digital channels through lead-generation campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO/SEM optimization, and continuous Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) improvements. Collaborate with developers and internal teams to enhance user experience, boost engagement, and increase conversion rates. Evaluate effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve ROI, brand perception, and media presence.
Brand Messaging & Positioning: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to bring the brand to life across digital and traditional channels. Support the development of creative assets—including visuals, brochures, technical documentation, marketing promotions, and product launch campaigns—that reflect our brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
Content Creation & Distribution: Produce compelling, SEO-driven content across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media. Manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging, while supporting initiatives such as event coverage, video testimonials, and product launches.
Internal Communications Support: Assist in implementing internal marketing initiatives and the employee value proposition plan by coordinating messaging, supporting HR-led programs, and ensuring consistent communication across teams.
Campaign & Event Support: Contribute to cross-channel marketing initiatives, including event planning, filming, and campaign rollouts, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand voice.
