We are breaking new ground with innovative offers and technologies like eSIM and our goal is to become the operator of choice for travellers abroad Marketing Manager Travel Sim is a key member of the marketing team. The marketing manager will lead all consumer marketing activities & drive agency efficiencies. The role takes overall responsibility for consumer insights, marketing promotions, agency engagements & competition analysis. Own & co-create consumer facing propositions and marketing communications for Travelsim, including regional/local, segmented, time-bound promotions Prepare briefs and provide input into proposition materials, comms materials, guides, FAQs Manage creative & marketing agencies Liase with the functional teams and drive a robust calendar for travel eSIM's PR & consumer insights agenda Lead the analysis of marketing campaign efficiencies Support in planning and executing the CVM agenda and loyalty schemes, in partnership with the specialist team Creating a global annual marketing calendar for acquisition and base marketing Supporting the digital marketing team with core competitive and geographical insights Liase with the Commercial Growth team Strong knowledge of the telecoms industry and extensive pricing and commercial experience Excellent understanding of evolving customer attitudes in travel industry, behavioural economics, telecoms services and value perceptions Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven approaches Ability to rapidly understand and respond to strategic implications of external market developments Very strong analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills Excellent strategic thinking and ability to lead change and execute strategy Ability to prioritise and demonstrating resilience Experienced in managing external agencies
