The In-House Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all in-house marketing operations in Dubai. This includes direct supervision of the in-house marketing team, maintaining high conversion rates from resort occupancy, ensuring exceptional owner and guest experiences, and seamless coordination with Resort Operations, Front Line Sales, In-House Sales, and Corporate/Regional Marketing leadership.
This role is key to achieving budgeted tour flow goals while upholding brand integrity, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in timeshare sales and marketing required.
  • Management or supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar environment preferred.
  • Strong ability to engage with customers, sales teams, and resort staff in a professional and effective manner.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and resolving issues in a high-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of commission-based payroll systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
  • Flexible availability required, including a rotating schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
