POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Marketing and Strategy Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives and business strategies across our group of companies: Paper Plus, Veggie Plus, and Trebley Warehousing Ltd.. This role suits a results-driven professional with strong strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
As the Marketing and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that align with each brand’s vision while identifying new growth opportunities and improving our market presence in the foodservice, janitorial, and distribution industries.

EDUCATION:

• A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field is required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or brand management, preferably in the food, packaging, or retail sectors.
• Experience working in a multi-brand or multi-company environment is a strong asset.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and strategies.
• Strong understanding of advertising principles across digital channels.
• Expertise in SEO best practices and tools.
• Experience in digital marketing analytics to measure campaign success.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design.
• Excellent research skills to gather insights on market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Knowledge of Google tools for analytics and advertising purposes.
• Strong product management skills to effectively position products in the market.
