What You'll Do: In this role, you'll take the lead on developing and executing marketing strategies that help our company grow while keeping our brand strong and consistent. You will: Develop and manage marketing and brand strategy to support company goals for growth and profitability. Serve as the main contact for outside marketing partners and agencies - guiding projects in digital marketing, brand strategy, PR, social media, and new product launches. Maintain a consistent brand image across everything from print and apparel to digital content and trade shows. Manage media buying and placement, including social, digital, trade publications, and event promotions. Build and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used wisely and effectively. Collaborate across departments like Product Development, Customer Service, and Sales to align messaging and support lead generation. Oversee website assets and digital content to keep information current and engaging. Track and report marketing performance to leadership, sharing insights and campaign results. Plan and coordinate events, including sales meetings, community events, and online promotions. What You Bring: 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of delivering results. A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and act practically. Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Strong understanding of brand development, marketing channels, and campaign management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Comfort managing budgets and working with external partners. Familiarity with current trends in digital design, video, and social media engagement.
