MARKETING MANAGER

True North Log & Timber Homes Inc. & Legacy North Ltd.
True North Log & Timber Homes Inc. and Legacy North Ltd. are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategy, planning, and execution across both companies. Reporting directly to the Group President, you will own the full marketing function — from strategy and budgeting to execution and reporting. This is a senior-level role suited for someone who combines strong leadership, deep marketing expertise, and hands-on execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for both companies
  • Lead marketing budget planning and management
  • Lead a team of two Marketing Coordinators and Outside Agencies/Contractors
  • Audit, analyze, and optimize websites, content, and campaigns
  • Drive SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Manage and grow brand presence across all social media platforms
  • Coordinate photography, video, advertising, brochures, and blog content
  • Build and manage media relationships, increasing brand exposure locally and internationally
  • Oversee WordPress website content and updates
  • Plan and track performance of media campaigns, reporting monthly to leadership
  • Support sales team with trade shows, seminars, and lead management in HubSpot
  • Monitor online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and reviews
  • Stay current on industry and marketing trends to keep both brands competitive

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing management or similar senior marketing roles
  • Degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong background in marketing strategy, planning, and budgeting
  • Expertise in SEO, analytics (Google Analytics), and CRO tactics
  • Social media management experience across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
  • Strong PR and communications background, including media outreach
  • HubSpot and Google certifications considered assets
  • Familiarity with WordPress website management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
