We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning to lead our EMEA Strategy & Planning function. This role sits within our broader Sales Operations organization and serves as a critical business partner to EMEA Sales leadership, helping our field teams move faster, operate with more rigor, and unlock growth.

This person will act as the strategic thought partner and operational counterpart to the SVP of EMEA. You will lead a regional Strategy & Planning team, own the operating rhythm of the business, and translate strategy into execution across planning, performance management, organizational design, forecasting, and high-priority initiatives. This is an opportunity to embed yourself as the "COO" of the EMEA business while building the structure, insights, and team capabilities that help the region scale.\
