We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to sit within the UK Marketing & PR team, based in our London office . You will be reporting into the UK Brand Manager.
The role of the Marketing Manager is to plan future season campaigns while executing in-season initiatives and partnerships with excellence in a fast-paced and quickly transforming omni-channel retail environment.
This role is a unique opportunity to support the business and growth of the brand within the market through collaborations with key business partners and cross-functional teams, to lead the implementation of marketing strategies to drive strong results.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in marketing, advertising and/or product management roles.
  • Proven ability to develop, communicate and execute strategic marketing plans together with strong UK media expertise .
  • Experience developing social media influencer strategies and community building projects.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Possesses advanced knowledge of MS360 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint along with the ability and willingness to learn the corporate technologies in place.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the customer mindset.
  • Can think broadly and strategically but also focus on details and execution.
  • Has excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and deliver to tight deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborator who effectively partners with cross-functional teams, including with store teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment and deal with many projects at the same time.
  • A willingness to initiate and adapt change to streamline processes.
  • Self-starter, goal oriented and solutions driven.

Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the development and execution of the strategic seasonal marketing plans according to the European guidelines while constantly keeping the long-term vision for the brand in mind. This includes media buying, influencer marketing, sponsorships, partnerships, and events.
  • Coming up with strong ideas to drive the awareness and understanding of the LifeWear philosophy in the UK.
  • Setting up local partnerships that support our branding, local relevance, and traffic to stores.
  • Working cross-functionally with other departments such as our European marketing and PR team, the digital marketing team, store operations, omni-channel team, and instore marketing to make sure all campaign efforts are aligned.
  • Writing and presenting campaign briefs outlining clear KPIs across channels to internal stakeholders, agencies, and other partners.
  • Measuring ongoing campaign performance and effectiveness against set marketing KPIs and make reports, using these learnings in future activities.
