Responsibilities
  • Understand and actively shape the Global Franchise platform Strategy.
  • Analysis of the Australian market to currently understand opportunity and future potential.
  • Drive the longer-term strategy into annual sales plans to drive field activity, customer engagement and growth.
  • Manage the CAPEX and OPEX mechanisms that drive profitable growth in business.
  • Develop and utilise KPI’s to monitor and improve key commercial and operations processes and performance.
  • Coach and lead the performance and delivery of the sales team, sales managers and product managers.
  • Understand the drivers of profitability and pricing strategy.
  • Contribute to compliance with both corporate and regulatory standards.
