UrbanAge Homes, an award-winning homebuilder, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of marketing and branding initiatives across our company. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and driven individual who is passionate about growing a brand and delivering exceptional results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in homebuilding, construction, or real estate is an asset.
  • Post secondary in Marketing is Required.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website management, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Graphic design skills and experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
  • Website Management:
  • Maintain and update the UrbanAge Homes website to ensure it accurately represents our brand and offerings.
  • Work with our team or external developers as needed to keep content fresh, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using relevant tools and data.
  • Digital Advertising:
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other relevant campaigns to generate leads and boost brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Grow our online community and maintain a consistent voice that aligns with our brand.
  • Event Planning & Management:
  • Organize and manage community events, open houses, and client appreciation initiatives.
  • Work with external vendors, manage budgets, and ensure successful event execution.
  • Graphic Design & Content Creation:
  • Create or oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, digital graphics, signage, and more.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Sales & Marketing Collateral:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing materials that support lead generation and conversions.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics to demonstrate results and identify areas for improvement.
