  • 7-10 years of marketing, account management, or analytics experience in a fast-paced, lead-gen or performance marketing environment (home services experience is a ++)
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Email Marketing Programs, and Looker Studio (or similar platforms) Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage marketing programs end-to-end, from planning through execution to measurement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a driven and resourceful Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The right candidate will be equally skilled at analyzing data in Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, or Looker Studio as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth. This role is about bridging insights with action—turning analytics into programs, and programs into tangible results. You won’t just “keep the trains running.” You’ll own outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and deliver impact every single week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead Marketing Analytics: Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data across Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and Looker Studio to identify trends, optimize spend, and surface actionable insights
  • Own Lead-Gen Marketing Programs: Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns (email, digital, DM, paid, SEO content, local activations) that drive qualified leads into the funnel
  • Campaign Performance & Reporting: Translate data into dashboards and narratives for leadership, highlighting ROI, CPL, and conversion impact
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and creative to ensure marketing programs align with business needs and drive pipeline growth
  • Test & Optimize: Run A/B tests across channels, continuously improving targeting, messaging, and creative to maximize results
  • Client/Stakeholder Management: Serve as the go-to account lead for internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are set, programs are delivered on time, and goals are exceeded
  • Agility in Execution: Quickly adapt to shifting priorities, competitive moves, or performance signal always balancing the strategic with the tactical
