Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a business-oriented and data loving marketing manager to join the Validio marketing team. You will become an integral part of a dedicated marketing team, driving the go-to-market strategy with the rest of the commercial organisation.
As a marketing manager at Validio, you will be responsible for driving strategic marketing programs to create brand awareness, demand and business growth. You will work closely with sales, product, and customer success, connecting customer insights and product benefits with marketing strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging and marketing initiatives, effectively communicating the importance of data quality to leading data teams. Working in a quickly growing business, you will have great flexibility in shaping the role depending on business needs, and it’s important that you are a proactive, creative and data-driven owner to effectively execute on strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute marketing programs to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with sales, product and customer success teams to align marketing efforts, product strengths, and business goals.
  • Drive compelling communication around technical product launches, feature highlights, and their business benefits.
  • Nurture prospects into customers through digital channels like email and social media.
  • Stay on top of marketing and business metrics to measure success and adapt strategy.
  • Be a flexible marketing force open to support areas like events or branding as business needs evolve.
