Description

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a strong understanding of brand strategy and multi-channel campaign execution. The ideal candidate will lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and ensure consistent brand expression across all marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

4–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on integrated campaigns and project execution.
Proven ability to manage vendors and external partners effectively.
Familiarity with applying and enforcing brand strategy across multiple formats.
Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Clear and effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in B2B or channel marketing environments.
Background working at or with marketing agencies.
Previous experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Bonus: Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Oversee external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and promotional vendor,s to ensure timely asset delivery and accurate billing.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure flawless execution from ideation to launch.
Work with content teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
Launch a new integrated campaign targeting key verticals.
Align and refine marketing content across teams to ensure brand cohesion.
Strengthen vendor workflows for billing accuracy and promotional material distribution.
