Our ideal Marketing Manager will be an integral contributor to the company . You’ll be working on multiple projects to continue making us the #1 HR Software for SMB business. If you get a kick out of solving problems and building beautiful world class software, then you will love BambooHR.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase brand awareness and market share
• Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies
• Analyze market trends and preparing forecasts
• Develop and manage the marketing department’s budget
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Manage product marketing, demand generation, social media, and events teamsUnderstand the competitive landscape

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

• 5+ years experience in B2B marketing and salesProficient with Marketo, Salesforce, and SEO
